ACT Racing was formed in 2004 because of our enthusiasm for motorcycles. Our goal and mission is to offer the highest quality product at affordable prices to all riders. Our leathers are worn by some of the top AMA and local club racers, whom have helped with our development every step of the way. From our basic streetwear to our top of the line racing suits, our products are designed with your saftey and comfort in mind. ACT Racing is constantly improving our products with the newest technology and we encourage all our customers to provide feedback to help us continue to improve on our products. Please e-mail us at Sales@ACTRacing.com with the item style/name, size, color and quantity. Payment instructions will be sent via e-mail. We accept PayPal or personal checks, however, items will not be shipped until payment clears.

ACT Racing believes that privacy is important. Every individual has a right to protect themselves in every way possible. ACT Racing will not sell, trade or disclose our customer's personal information in any way other than to obtain which is necessary to complete a transaction for such customer, and that which is required by law.

 

ACT Racing will be happy to exchange your purchase if you have ordered an incorrect product. All exchanges must receive approval from ACT Racing within 10 days of receipt of products. At ACT Racing we want you to be happy with your purchase and with our service. Please insure all packages that you ship back to us, as we are not responsible for good received in damaged condition. these damaged goods remain the sole property of the buyer if not shipped adequately and you may be charged for return shipping.

All returns subject to a 10% restocking fee, no exceptions. In the event the wrong item was shipped to you, ACT Racing will supply you with a call tag to have the product shipped back to us at no cost to you.

Request for returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of products. Refused order and/or returns made without exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking/handling fee. We cannot refund shipping charges for any return or exchanges.

All returned products must be in its original, new, unused, unworn condition, and must include its original undamaged packaging, attached tags, labels, instructions, etc. Following these guidelines will prevent any unnecessary charges.

ACT Racing will guarantee its products free from any defects in materials adn workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase by the original buyer.

Motorcycle riding/racing can be potentially dangerous. ACT Racing products are designed for your saftey but not guaranteed to protect you from all hazards of riding. ACT Racing will not be responsible for any injuries or deaths associated with riding/racing motorcycles.

This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied, including those of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability. In no event will ACT Racing be liable for damages or expenses directly or indirectly arising from the consequential damages of any nature whatsoever, except for the liability to repair or replace goods covered by warranty. The foregoing limitationsof liability shall apply to the full extent permitted by law. All warrenty will be void if product shows damaged not caused by defects from the manufacturer.
